The roots of ISMA-Kygung can be found in WyngTjun and traditional Qi Gong.

The WyngTjun system (a 300 year-old martial art from China) is characterized by its forms and movements that respect the anatomy of the body and allow to improve its abilities.

Traditional Qi Gong is regrouping meditation exercises, visualisation, both with movement and without. These exercises are meant to take influence upon the vital energy, called Chi; thus taking influence upon our physical and mental health.

ISMA-Kygung is offering a series of exercises to work on exterior and interior wellness: the especially developed forms contain movements that are required for a correct functioning of the articulations – helping against different physical pains, and in the end, making them vanish.

The stretching and simultaneous reinforcement of the muscles deliver the body of accumulated tensions, often the origin of headaches.

To this physical aspect, the energetical effect will be noticed right off from the beginning. After every lesson, we feel lighter, calm and full of energy – in good shape!
